I tend to favour outcall locations for holding My uniquely transforming D/s sessions. The Ruler of your World finds the typical dungeon environment to lack in good taste. Neither do I require nor do I favour the clichéd BDSM space. 

Once trust has been properly established, I am glad to welcome My submissives, sissies, and slaves into My private parlour in Central Phoenix. Sessions are then held on an incall basis. 

This Supreme Female is also available for outings (such as cocktail and dinner engagements) as a means of utilizing O/our time together to better gauge the compatibility of O/our D/s interests.

My Selection Process 

I conduct a thorough selection process for submissives who wish to serve this Divine Goddess in a private session (in-person or across the distance) for the first time.

All submissives applying for an initial audience with this Royal Queen must complete My submissive Questionnaire. Once I receive and review your inquiry, this Superior Dominant issues a decision on whether your servant self is suitable to kneel at My Supreme feet. Incomplete questionnaires are dismissed. If this Superior Mistress is not completely satisfied with an answer your inferior self provides, I shall elicit clarification. Also, if an answer you humbly offer generates another question, this Divine Goddess shall present you with additional questions. In both cases, a prompt reply is always expected. 

If your servant self is fortunate enough to be selected to serve this True Superior Female, I shall contact you to establish an appointment date and time for your initial audience with this Superior Dominant.

In booking O/our time together, the Ruler of your World may or may not conduct a telephone interview with your submissive self. The decision to engage in such means of communication is based on My skilled assessment of the intricacies of your submissiveness.

My entire application process is conducted online, with the exception of the final voice contact, if applicable. Such allows this Exquisite Goddess to best screen potential applicants as well as properly administer My valuable time.

Telephone calls to My private telephone number are disregarded, unless you have a telephone appointment with this Supreme Dominant or has otherwise been directly instructed to contact Domme Eva through such means.   

Having access to a private e-mail address where the Ruler of your World may reach you is an essential part of this process. Special arrangements may be made for select submissives under specific circumstances. 

I favour submissives who maintain a regular schedule of sessions so that proper meaning and direction may characterize O/our D/s journey together. Returning submissives need not adhere to the above described selection process.

your submissive conduct is of significance importance during your service, as O/our D/s world is filled with meaningful rules and characterized by a certain degree of formality. 

you are required to present your submissive self to serve this Divine Goddess in an impeccably punctual manner.
you are ordered to appear for O/our session having undergone an extensive hygienic ritual, to include thorough cleansing of your submissive physical body.

While this Royal Queen's preference is for your body hair to be removed prior to your kneeling at My Supreme feet, know that I do understand that such requirement may not always be met, as personal circumstances (i.e. relational and professional obligations) may preclude you from adhering to this rule.

Standard displays of submission, such as eyes downcast, are in place as you enter My Queendomme unless instructed otherwise.

Progression of Service

Know that this Supreme Mistress solely determines the intensity and pace of O/our D/s relationship.

I believe in increasing the psychological and physical levels of stimulation of My submissives in a measured, purposeful, and constant manner.

While this True Dominant enjoys challenging a servant's psychological and physical limits, I am well aware of the need to preserve the trust deposited by your inferior self in this Divine Goddess. Special arrangements may be made in instances where standard methods of communication are to be avoided.
